About The Twisted Fae

It started with fairy furniture.

Hand-crafted, one piece at a time, sold on Etsy... until the orders came faster than I could make them. So I pivoted to curating: fairy garden miniatures, Amy Brown fairies, wind chimes, essential oils, things that made people feel something. And it worked. Over 3,000 sales. 1,200 five-star reviews. A community I loved.

Then Etsy pulled the rug out. Permanently suspended, locked out of everything I'd built, right before Halloween 2024, fully stocked and ready. It felt like being cut off at the knees.

But you don't walk away from something sacred that easily.

I spent a year and a half rebuilding. And somewhere along the way, the fairy garden grew a dark side. I've always loved the iconic horror characters, not the gore, but the mythology, the aesthetic, the strange beauty of it. Creeptoons. Pinhead Monsters. Furrybones. Art the Clown framed on one wall, a rainbow fairy print on the other. That's my office. That's The Twisted Fae.

Wicked and whimsy. Both. Always.

I've been in retail for over 40 years and I've learned that people don't just buy things... they buy for reasons. A purple fairy wind chime for a partner they lost. A horror print that finally feels like home. A greeting card that says exactly what they couldn't. Customers used to write to me with those stories and I carried every one of them. That connection, not the sales, not the revenue, that was always the point.

The Twisted Fae ships from sunny California. Orders are packed by hand, by me, with a little something extra when the moment calls for it. And if something brought you here today, I'd genuinely love to know why.
