The Twisted Fae: Starting Over and Giving This Dream Another Chance

In 2024, I suddenly lost my Etsy shop. I moved everything to GoDaddy and started over. Then came the technical problems: missing images, disappearing categories, and eventually a website that just wasn't working for me anymore.

I came very close to throwing in the towel.

But my ruminating mind refused to leave it alone. I had put so much heart and soul into this since 2022. How could I just give up and spend the rest of my life wondering if it would have eventually worked?

Three weeks ago, I moved The Twisted Fae to Shopify and started rebuilding again, one product at a time. I've manually added more than 200 products, learned more about websites, error messages, and Google than I ever wanted to know, and cleared out older inventory that no longer felt like me.

The funny thing is, letting that old inventory go helped me see much more clearly what I want The Twisted Fae to be.

A little whimsy. A little wicked. Art, oddities, creepy-cute things, unusual gifts, and pieces from artists and makers I genuinely love.

So this is The Twisted Fae, chapter... I've completely lost count.

New platform. New logo. New story.

And I'm giving this weird little dream another chance.
